The rotary moulder is put in front of the baking and driving the Gentle Dough Crumbler. It is very significant for generating soft biscuit. Just after staying pre-rolled and crashed from the rotary moulding machinesoft dough crumbler, the dough is shipped for the rotary moulder for performing its rolling and forming. Our rotary moulder is principally used for the continual production of comfortable dough, shortbread, and low Unwanted fat cookies.
Our rotary moulder is of great adaptation for wide selection of dough, like making massive biscuit, very tough dough and really gentle sticky dough. It can be consist of 3 driving pressure which such as feeding roller, mould and canvas belt that's all adjustable. The dough feeding roller material is Seamless steel tube. Feeding roller edger substance is PP. As with the Scraper materials, it can be 304 stainless steel.
Our moulder is different with unique styles for various biscuit. For letter biscuit moulder, finger biscuit moulder, hollow panda biscuit moulder. Anyway, our moulder is often custom made according to the certain necessities of our customer.
As for belt,we use the canvas belt not PU belt, because the canvas belt is helpful for us to get rid of the biscuit embryo within the moulder. Its Scraper can be adjusted up and down with various angle;
As to the technique, we undertake central Command procedure, LCD touch screen operation and human machine Interface, it can be operated separately or with each other;
For its Conveyor belt，we use Round canvas belt for cutter, pneumatic correction program.
